Aaron Oliver is a member attorney at Lederer Weston Craig PLC in the firm’s West Des Moines, Iowa office.  Aaron practices primarily in the area of workers’ compensation and handles cases throughout the entire State of Iowa.  He has a wide variety of clients including large manufacturing, trucking companies, public schools, cities/municipalities, retail stores, agricultural, and small businesses.

Aaron was admitted to the practice of law in Iowa in 1996 after receiving a bachelor’s degree from Kansas State University and earning a law degree with honors from Drake University Law School.  Upon completion of a clerkship with the Iowa Supreme Court for Justice James Andreasen, he began his practice at an insurance defense firm, focusing mostly on workers’ compensation cases and appellate matters.

Throughout his career, Aaron has held numerous leadership roles in the Iowa State Bar Association including serving as President of the Young Lawyers Division and Chair of multiple committees and section.  Aaron and his wife, Denise, have two adult children and one grandchild.  Outside of his legal practice, Aaron enjoys attending Kansas State Wildcat sporting events.
